📦 Order Types

Hair On Hand (In-Stock Units)

• Orders placed before 3:00 PM are shipped same day
• Orders placed after 3:00 PM are shipped the next business day
• Delivery Time: 1–2 business days (via UPS)

Pre-Order Units

• Processing times vary depending on the product
• Please refer to the product description for exact processing details
• Pre-orders are shipped from our international warehouse via FedEx or DHL

🚚 Shipping Options

• Express / Overnight Shipping: 1–3 business days
  (Available for Hair On Hand items only)

📩 Tracking Information

Once your order has shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with your tracking number.

Hair Of Luxee Avenue is not responsible for lost or stolen packages marked as delivered. If your tracking shows delivered but you have not received your package, please contact the shipping carrier directly (UPS) to file a claim.
