At Hair Of Luxee Avenue, we take pride in providing premium quality hair products. Due to the nature of our products, we maintain strict return guidelines to ensure hygiene and product integrity.

🔁 Returns

We accept returns within 30 days of delivery, provided all eligibility requirements below are met.

📦 Return Eligibility (READ CAREFULLY)

To be eligible for a return, items must be:

• Unused, unworn, and unaltered
• In original packaging with all tags intact
• Free of any signs of installation, styling, or product use

For hygiene and safety reasons, we do not accept returns on:

• Worn or installed wigs/extensions
• Hair that has been combed, cut, colored, or altered in any way
• Opened or used hair products

🚚 Return Shipping

• Customers are responsible for return shipping costs unless the item is defective or incorrect
• If an error was made on our end, a prepaid return label will be provided
• We recommend using a trackable shipping method, as we are not responsible for lost return packages
